Brief Answer:
Simple fatty liver does not require any treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
There are many different causes of fatty liver.
Some of them are obesity, alcohol intake, diabetes, high cholesterol, certain viral infections, certain metabolic disorders and certain medications.
I would advise you to check your blood glucose and cholesterol levels.
Also get a liver function test done to see whether it is a simple fatty liver or a steatohepatitis.
A simple fatty liver may not require any treatment.
As far as diet is concerned your may have to avoid fatty food and include more of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in your diet.

I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
