Brief Answer:
Yes, can travel short distances; rest some pointers given for you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for trusting me again with your health concern.
I am glad to be of some assistance to you.
I think that in the earlier queries you have mentioned FERTIGYN injection and Duphaston tablets, I think you are referring to the same medications now.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
It is completely alright while taking these injections / medications to undertake short distances of travel.
Will you elaborate how many kms. are you travelling , is it daily , and what vehicle / mode of transport are you using ?
Also, what cycle day are you on ?
Avoid jerky travelling, avoid crowds and jostling, and lifting heavy weights.
Carry your own food and water with you when you travel.
Make sure you are well protected against the elements.
Generally FERTIGYN is given to induce egg development.
To maximize success, here are some pointers -
1. FERTIGYN is always given, in conjunction with follicular monitoring ( Serial ultrasound scan of the uterus and ovaries to check progress and growth of the eggs ). That should be continued till ovulation is documented.
2. Remain sexually active daily or every alternate day around peri ovulatory period ( starting from when the egg follicle measures 16 - 18 mm, and continue for atleast 4 days after ovulation has been seen on the scan ).
3. Take daily folic acid tablets .
4. Avoid stress, emotional and mental turbulence, tension in personal or professional life.
5. Avoid smoking including passive smoking / drinking / late nights / erratic eating habits / eating outside.
6. Eat simple home cooked food and take lots of water.
7. Stay protected from extreme weather conditions.
8. Read lots of good books, listen to soothing music, try some yoga or meditation . Indulge in positive and happy thoughts , and surround yourself with positive friends and happy vibes. .
9. Avoid exposure to excessive pollution, radiation, chemicals, X rays, toxins.
10. Do not take ANY drug or medication without consulting your doctor.
11. Remain sexually active as much as possible. After intercourse, do not use the washroom for atleast 15 - 20 minutes and lie in the knee - chest position ( hugging your knees to your chest ) for 5 - 10 minutes after intercourse. Avoid use of any lubricants during sex.
12. Maintain good perineal hygiene. Avoid using excessive soaps, gels, douches, cleansers for cleaning private parts - just wash with lukewarm water.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
Wish you lots of luck.

Yes you can travel that much, no issues.
You can definitely walk / exercise - it will only improve results.
The pain could be if you are walking or standing in a wrong / incorrect posture.
ALso, get your calcium and vitamin D levels tested plus Hemoglobin and thyroid levels checked.
You might need supplements if the results are low.
Anemia, calcium deficiency can cause this.
Lack of a nutritious diet or lack of proper intake of water also could be possible reasons.
Try some yoga under a trained person, it will improve your pain.
