Question: I took one of my dogs levocrine pills (8mg) by mistake this am and feel light headed - but was outside in heat.

also take valsartan daily.

what are effects of a healthy person taking one tyroid bosting pill by mistake?

I am sorry to see that you accidentally took your pets thyroid medication. Just taking one pill will not affect you in any way. It takes at least 4-6 weeks of daily use of a thyroid medication to take effect in humans. Therefore, since you took only one ther will be no consequences. The lightheartedness is due to the heat. Stay indoors get cool and drink plenty of fluids.
