Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Let me assure you that you have nothing to worry. Decolic drops contain Dicyclomine and Simethicone whereas Decolic Infant drops contain Simethicone and fennel oil. The safety of Dicyclomine in children below 6 months of age has not been established. But that does not mean that giving Decolic Drops to the child will 'harm' the child. You need not get apprehensive. I do not think that anything untoward will happen. Just keep an eye on the child. If something seems out of place surely you can take the child to a doctor for examination.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
