Question: I accidentally took 45 milligrams of oxycodone I'm wondering if I'm going to overdose I'm having a very bad panic attack because of this. please help

I appreciate your concern

Oxycodone overdose can lead to serious respiratory depression. However, the dose you took is you took i.e 45 mg is unlikely to cause serious harm especially if you have been taking oxycodone in more or less similar dose.

For the panic attack , you can be prescribed low dose beta blockers like propranolol, after consulting your doctor.

I would also advise seeking therapy for possible misuse of controlled substances as this can affect your overall health seriously.
