Brief Answer:
just watch your blood pressure if symptoms occur

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

You haven't mentioned any medical problems so I assume you're otherwise healthy. You can't and shouldn't do much at this point. If you develop symptoms like faintness then you should check your blood pressure and if too low (systolic lower than 90mmHg) then you should visit the ER for further management.

Kind Regards!

Brief Answer:
you're welcome

Detailed Answer:
You're welcome!

Keep in mind that valsartan may affect your blood pressure for a whole 24 hour period. 100/55 is OK. No symptoms means there is nothing to worry about.

Kind Regards!
