Question: I took my second dose of carbamazepine by mistake 4 hours after taking the first dose. I take 490 mg twice a day. It is extended release. Is there anything I should do?

Nothing serious will happen,just drink more fluids today to facilitate drug excretion through kidneys. You may feel bit more sleepy so don't drive car.
