The main adverse effect may be low blood pressure, but don't panic, it is not obligatory that you will develop low blood pressure, just monitor your blood pressure during the day, if you notice that it starts to decrease from your normal blood pressure drink much water. If you develop low blood pressure and you feel dizzy lie down and take much liquids and salt. It usually normalizes during the day. But if it is lower than 80/40 call emergency.
