HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The spacey sensation may be due to a decrease in blood pressure and pulse. If you have a monitor at home then you can check these values.

Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic so there maybe increased fluid loss.

Blood pressure can be increased by using an higher than normal amount of fluids and salt, at least for today.

This means increasing your fluids intake and adding a little salt to your foods.

When moving from a sitting or laying position to a standing position, move slowly to reduce the chance of dizziness.

You may need to hold off your next dose of BP medication , if you have a machine, and the readings are in your normal range, then this may not be necessary.
If low or you are experiencing symptoms, then miss the next dose.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
