Brief Answer:
If you have vomiting, drowsiness, dyspepsia or bleeding contact ER ASAP.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I m Dr Gopal Goel, Orthopedic Surgeon.

Kindly let me know which medicine you have taken. If you have taken an overdose of Tramadol , then it may cause nausea and vomiting apart from excessive sleepiness . If you have any difficulty in breathing, then go to ER ASAP.

Rest you have to specify the medicine. Grossly if you have vomiting , drowsiness, dyspepsia or bleeding from any site- immediately contact ER.

Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
