Question : yes I accidentally took another Flagyl tablet in 4hrs instead of 8. Should I be concerned. My GI Dr gave it to me
for a severe GI problem

I have gone through your query and do understand your concern.
I would advise you not to repeat it in the future.
It is less likely to be anything serious, it may cause gastric irritation.
So I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and if gastric irritation is more , you can take Capsule omeprazole 20 mg half an hour before food. This should be enough.
