Brief Answer:
You can delay morning dose for few hours and avoid over exertion

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, these anti hypertensive drugs act on dose vs effects basis and as long as BP remains normal with this dose their is nothing to be worried about but still their is a maximum dose limmit and for valsarton you have already exceeded one.

As for now, you should monitor BP if possible and avoid physical exertion or works involving long term standing or too much exertions as postural drop of blood pressures may occur. Try drinking more water.

Don't skip morning dose altogether, however delaying it for few hours than usual might be good and may decrease the drug levels by then.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
