Question:
Dr.

You answered a similar question for me and were vey kind a year ago

Ok, very simple. I think I am very safe but want to be certain so I don't pass anything to my partner.

A stripper kissed me once no tongue lips only no sores.
And, she sucked and bit lightly on my nipples no blood or fluids.
Level of risk?? And, have you have any documented cases from these activities

In other words, not theoretical but level of real risk for STD?? More likely hit by lightning and have there been any documented cases???

Brief Answer:
In my opinion risk level is about 2% or less

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

It is great to hear from you once again.

I am glad you found my services helpful in the past, and I hope to continue providing you with all the medical information and expertise I have to share.

From the provided description, the mentioned female (stripper by profession) could not have passed any infections to you at all. In my personal opinion, the level of risk would be about 2 - 5 % or lesser for any possible infection to be transmitted.

The provided risk of 2 - 5 % is only present if at all the female had infected saliva and nothing else at all. The activity of sucking and lightly biting of your nipples could not have transmitted any infection to you at all sir, trust me on this.

I would only recommend a 7-STD panel (especially herpes) to be conducted for your personal satisfaction after a duration of about 2 weeks, and not to confirm or rule out any infections. You should be perfectly fine sir.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes sir.

You are very informative. Thank you. If the kiss was very short in duration less than 2 seconds and only lip to lip with no sores present does that eliminate any chance??

Brief Answer:
Yes it almost completely eliminates all chances

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

A lip-to-lip kiss may also contain a very mild risk but in my opinion this is close to absent, and I can tell you with experience with numerous patients sir that you have close to no risk for contracting any infections at all, and yes it almost completely eliminates all chances..

But please do write to me if at all (although unlikely), you experience any symptoms you wish to report. I am always here to help and we shall certainly be able to rule out anything you or I are suspecting.

For now, enjoy your healthy life and stay safe. Sometimes mistakes happen, as we are only human. Make sure you report to me anytime anything happens and I shall provide you my insightful and honest answer as always.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me anytime and about anything, I am always here to help.

Best of luck sir.
