Brief Answer:
There are chances of restenosis of blocked tubes
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand you wish to go for tubal surgery for correcting blocked tubes on one side.
This is a simple procedure done under laparoscopic guidance. But only risk is it going for restenosis meaning block again.
You can go ahead with procedure. If not successful in getting pregnant after 6 months of surgery opt for IVF.
More worrying part is bicornuate uterus. Please tell me more details about it. How good is one cavity. Please scan and attach pictures if you have any.

Hi thank you for answer. My bicornuate uterus is pretty split but i did have a baby naturally in oct 2012 who was born at 38.5 weeks on my left side. No problems conceiving. She was breech so i had a csection.
What is the recovery time after surgery? How long until i can start trying again? My daughter is almost 2.5 years old and i feel pressure to have another baby because i do not want them so far apart.
Should i just do ivf instead?
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Go for IVF
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for additional information.
You have good chances to conceive again. But your tubes are likely to be not working well due to adhesions from previous cesarean and you better go for IVF straight away without wasting more time.
2 years waiting time after previous birth is more than enough. You can try now.
Let me know if you need any more clarifications.

I had an ectopic in april 2014 and have been trying since august 2015. I guess i will proceed with ivf. Is there a way where no embryos are left and either frozen or discarded. I believe that life starts at conceptio. Can they fertilize one egg and insert only one? n
Brief Answer:
Yes . It is possible
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Yes. It is possible to fertilize one egg and insert one embryos only.
If they have extra available embryos, they will freeze them.
IVF is better option in your situation.
