There is no specific medicine to regain the losses which already occurred due to Curlzfin.
It takes 4-6 months for these adverse effects to spontaneously resolve after stopping Curlzfin.
Currently to improve your sexual power and duration of erection,you can be started on tab Tadalfil 2.5-5mg and tab CoQ. Both these are prescription only medicines which should be started under strict supervision of your doctors.
Tadalafil should be used on as and when required basis before having sex. This drug to be taken half an hour prior to sex. It works wonders in restoring sexual potency.
CoQ can be used once a day after breakfast for 6 months.
Consult your doctor with regards to above.
