Clingen fore contains 3 drugs Tinidazole, Clotrimazole, & Clindamycin which are effective in the treatment of mixed vaginal infection caused by Trichomona vaginalis, candidiasis & bacterial vaginosis.

The side effects of the above 3 drugs are as follows:

1. Tinidazole: In addition to metallic taste, abdominal cramps, nausea and vomiting it is also known to cause a harmful reaction called "disulfiram reaction" if alcohol is consumed & which is characterized by flushing of the skin, faster heart rate, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, throbbing headache, visual disturbance, mental confusion, postural syncope, and circulatory collapse.

2. Clotrimazole: Vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspepsia.
3. Clindamycin: Allergic reactions, abdominal cramps, severe diarrhoea, sometime mixed with blood due to overgrowth of the intestinal pathogenic bacteria Clostridium difficille referred to as ''pseudomembranous enterocolitis"
