Brief Answer:
Discouraged taking alcohol alongside flexeril!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Both medications sedate and as such taking both can potentiate the effects of alcohol. It is recommended not to take both together but not totally prohibited. I will suggest that you stay away from alcohol but if you must take alcohol, do so in very small quantities.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.

Brief Answer:
As long as you are on this drug, there is nothing like how long after!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

When you are on a drug, the dosage interval is such that there is always an amount sufficient to control your illness. Until the day you stop taking the drug totally, know that there is always some in your system.

If that was your last dose, then you can feel free and very safe to take alcohol as little as 12hours after. If you are still to take it, then you will understand that your system is not alcohol free yet.

I wish you well.
