Question: Hello, I want to try gingko biloba for premature ejaculation but I read there are some side effects like possible seizures. Is that a side effect for people that already get seizures or is it possible to get them if I take gingko biloba?

Concentration of gingko biloba may vary from product-to-product due to multiple manufacturers producing various products.
Ginkgo got side effects
include increased risk of bleeding, gastrointestinal discomfort,nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, dizziness, heart palpitations, and restlessness.
But it may vary from individuals and concentration they consume.
Dosage for Sexual dysfunction: 60 – 240 mg by mouth twice a day.
Regarding query about seizures side effects had in patients who already got seizures for other organic causes. Studies says some of the drug interactions with ginkgo may cause seizures. Exclusive study is not yet performed.
Anti epileptic drugs are not advised to the take with ginkgo.there is no case report or study shows normal person who experience seizures while taking this herb.
