Usually there are no major side effects but the known ones are those which are common with any vaccine, to enumerate few : fatigue, pain at injection site, and tenderness at injection site, pruritus, fever, dizziness, headache, vertigo, inflammation at injection site, swelling at injection site, induration etc
I do not know if the forum allows promoting a particular brand but with our expereince Engerix B is time tested and widely used, others like
Enivac-HB, Genevac-B are also widely used
@ Moderator : if this is not permitted by the forum please remove the brands
Hope this helps
Do write back in case of concern

Report any side effect immediately

Hi
Thanks for your followup
It is always better if you are immunized against hepatitis
Please go ahead with Genevac-B
No particular care needs to be observed, but if you have any of the side effects mentioned above, do report to the concerned doctor immediately
Hope this clears your doubts
Wishing you a healthy life ahead
