Brief Answer:
be careful with changing medications

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your question.
It is possible to cut the latuda in half but I would caution you about doing this without your doctor's knowledge. Latuda is used to treat serious conditions like bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. If you cut your dose in half you could have a serious recurrence of dangerous symptoms.
I suggest that you tell your doctor that the side effects you are having with the Latuda are intolerable and ask them to change the dose or change the medication. If they are unwilling to do that then you may need to find another doctor.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
