It is commonly seen that acne worsen after stopping Minoz OD. It can be taken for 4-12 weeks but longer periods or at intervals is not recommended. You can try topical adapalene + benzoyl peroxide combination only on the affected areas to keep it under check. Since you are of young age I will not suggest stronger medicines like isotretinoin.
Acne are common in young age due to hormones and subside with advancing age. Drink cleaner water.
