What Are The Side Effects Of Nexpro HP?
I have been diagnosed with H.pylori (sparse) after endoscopic biopsy. And have been prescribed with Nexpro HP kit for 14 days. Its been just 2 days and i am having fatigue/body pain/ and diahrrea. Body pain and tiredness is such that I cannot concentrate on my work.
Is this the side effects of Nexpro HP KIT?
What other medicines I can take to come out of this tiredness ?
Should I have to change the medication.
What should be my food habits

Hi,
Thanks for your question on HCM
I do understand your concern
"As" per your history indicates now you are taking[ Nexpro HP kit] and your diarrhea and body pain is due to[ amoxicillin] only so you can take separate medications like this take [pantoprazole 40 mg once a day], [Clarithromycin 500 mg twice a day], & [metronidazole 500mg twice a day].
Add a probiotic like [lactobacillus] twice a day for 14 days or you can eat a cup of plain yogurt 3 times a day. You can also add a little cottage cheese in it. You can drink plenty of water or ORS solution.
Prompt restoration of lost fluids and minerals is important when suffering from dehydration and fatigue. One easy way to achieve this is with a homemade oral rehydration solution (ORS). Add ½ teaspoon of salt and 6 teaspoons of sugar to 4 cups of drinking water. Stir thoroughly until the salt and sugar dissolve completely. Drink this homemade ORS several times a day until you feel better.
You can eat fruits and vegetables with high water content like watermelon, cantaloupe, grapefruit, oranges, strawberries, cucumber, grapes, papaya, celery, lettuce, radishes, spinach, zucchini and tomatoes etc if you like.
Hope that helps
