Brief Answer:
not a known side effect

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Simvor belongs to the statin family of medication that is used to decrease cholesterol.

It does have potential side effects that may or may not occur.

The side effects can divided into these groups: (1) effects that occur in 1 to 10% of persons- headache, muscle pain, constipation, abdominal pain, dizziness, elevated liver enzymes that normally return to normal if medication stopped

(2)effects that occur in less than 1% of persons who use the medication- joint pain, chills, rhadomyolysis (breakdown of muscle), angioedema

Fatigue is not a known side effect of this medication though persons may react to medication differently.

Fatigue may be related to: (1)insomnia
(2)anemia
(3)hypothyroidism -low levels of thyroid hormone
(4)presence of chronic illnesses if uncontrolled
(5)depression
(6)side effect of medication but not associated with the one mentioned

If it continues you may want to consider visiting your doctor for an evaluation.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
