Brief Answer:
no harm.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HealthcareMagic,
Siphene tab was prescribed to promote timely ovulation during mid cycle, so if you both haven't been together due=ring your fertile period in mid cycle then there is no apparent need to be worried of side effect of siphene if you would have ovulated timely and there was no apparent abdominal ache..
please take siphene only when you are planning for pregnancy, not otherwise.
Are you a PCOD patient?

Detailed Answer:
If your cycles were 30-36 days , then it is likely that you would have ovulated by now from day 18 onwards due to delayed ovulation and this could be ovulation pain.
I would like to know if you have PCOD or not ?
Have you been diagnosed already, because it is only in PCOD cases that ovulation induction is practiced with siphene.

Detailed Answer:
hello,
the side effects can be many as mentioned in the net right from nausea headache itching, urticaria, sore breasts , intermenstrual spotting to PMS symptoms and often heavier menses, but again it is not seen with all.
The only purpose of clomifene is to propulse ovulation and shouldn't be used other wise in women.
