Brief Answer:
Please stop and start after 1 week at recommended daily dosages.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about the difficulties getting Viagra working as before. You have taken the drug at higher doses than recommended. My immediate plan would be to suspend treatment and start later to the initially recommended doses. Because it initially worked and only failed after you took it at high doses, teh two would be most likely related. I would believe stopping and restarting later would address this problem.

In all, I think the high doses are responsible for this difficukty. Suspend for a week and restart at recommended doses. I would like you to report progress to me after this time for more insights and guidance.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
