Reaaly bad constipation, which has made very irritable, also heart rate goes up and my Heart Dr upped my Cardizine sp and one of the side effects is constipation. I had less than 25 % blockage in two arteries so no treatment other than upping the dose of Cardizine

You should discontinue Wellbutrin and try a different antidepressant. I suggest trying escitalopram as it is unlikely to cause high heart rate and unlikely to cause constipation.
