What Are The Side Effects Of Zinc Supplements?
Question: I am taking Zinc 25MG, Korean Ginseng 500MG, fish oil 650 total conversation and vitamin E, I not sure about the concentration but its good enough for and adult since I bought it from the gym. I will add garlic oil 1000MG for better health I am just searching for a good brand
I want to boost my sperm count and most importantly quality will that do any good and my main concern the side effect of Zinc, is it true it accumulates in the kidney by time and the body can't clean it off since its considered type of metal.
This is a huge side effect for the kidney...
What is better alternative of zinc or any suggesting to boost my sperm quality and count
I am doing sports 5 days a week, lifting weights and swimming at least 100 meter almost everyday and in my active recovery I swim from 200-400 meters but most of the time I don't do any active recovery I just sit and relax

3) Please attach detailed semen analysis report of yourself so that i can analyse it better.
4) Zinc does not accumulate if taken in therapeutic quantities as you are taking. Even if you dont take zinc, it does not matter. Dont worry about it.

Brief Answer:
Wrong analysis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Let me correct you.
You are absolutely wrong in your diagnosis of low sperm count due to mastrubation.
There is no link with mastrubation and sperm count.
Thin or thick with naked eye examination is not accurate. It has to be seen under microscope.
Please get a semen analysis done in any good laboratory.
