Brief Answer:
On every system

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking.

The effect of alcohol on the body depend upon the quantity, there is term called safe limit, under which the alcohol does not have any bad effect on the body.

Over and above that limit, alcohol affects every system of the body, very high intake can lead to high blood pressure, worsening of sugar control, atherosclerosis leading to deposition of fat in the arteries, kidneys and liver damage.Myopathy i.e the inflammation of the muscles is also known with heavy alcohol consumption.

Various studies have pointed out that less than two standard drinks a day for maximum up to five days a week does not have any unfavorable effect on the body.

Thanks.
