Hello
Thanks for correcting me and getting back.
Nimesulide is a non steroid anti inflammatory medication and chronic abuse with it can cause analgesic nephropathy ( pain killer induced kidney damage). Here is what you should do
1. Analgesic nephropathy usually occurs in patients who have consumed NSAID every day for more than 2 years however I would like you to take plain paracetamol instead for mild to moderate pain and restrict Tab Sumo to twice a month
2. If you have scared of what has happened till now, you can get yourself a USG abdomen, and more importantly urine routine and serum creatinine. These tests can detect damage to the kidneys
3. If the pain is very frequent then I advise you to be on prophylaxis migraine medications like Metoprolol to prevent the headaches from coming
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
I wish you good health
Regards
