Question: i accidentally took 3 piils of ibu-200 ,ibuprofen 200mg pill, the directed dose is 1-2 pills per time

Three tablets of Ibuprofen 200 mg is not a dangerous dosage to be worried too much unless you are having diseases like asthma/peptic ulcer disease. No need to visit ER urgently.
It can cause symptoms of gastritis like epigastric discomfort, nausea etc.
Just take enough water and avoid spicy food for 3-4 days.
If you are continuing the drug(maximum 400 mg thrice daily) avoid further dosage for 12 hours and then take it after food with one full glass of water; also take acid lowering agents like Ranitidine 150 mg twice daily before food along with.
If the dyspeptic symptoms persist or you feel other features like blood stained vomitus, dizziness, difficulty in breathing etc, discontinue the drug and see your doctor for further evaluation.
