Kindly check the details given below:

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome to HCM.

I appreciate your concern for the harmful effects of Combiflam & Saridon tablets when taken in larger doses.

Combiflam usually contains 325 mg of Paracetamol & 400 mg of Ibuprofen.
Whereas Saridon contains 250 mg of Paracetamol, 50 mg of Propylphenazone & 150 mg of Caffeine.

The usual recommended dosage of Saridone for adults: 1-2 tablets single dose
The usual recommended dosage of Combiflam for adults: 1 tablet 2-3 times daily.

The maximum daily recommended dose for Paracetamol is 4000-5000 mg/day for adults and since you have consumed about 1400 mg that means you have consumed the drug within the therapeutic dose range and hence over dosage has not taken place.
However,if you experience any of the following symptoms like

Vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, etc you should visit your treating doctor or ER (casualty) for further evaluation and treatment.
Meanwhile drink as much water as possible to dilute the concentration of the medication, and in order to accelerate excretion of the drug from your body.

Hope to have answered your query.

Wishing you best of your health.
