I understand that you were diagnosed with Asthenospermia (less motile sperms). You can take lineator and addyzoa without major side effects if they are prescribed by your doctor. Re check the sperm count as scheduled. THese drugs act positively only in few individuals. If the motility does not improve I suggest you not to continue them. If there are positive results you can continue them.
