What Are The Side Effects Of Using Melacare Forte?
Take regular treatment for better results
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Welcome to the forum
It is good to know that the acne lesions are improving with treatment but as you have told ,the pigmentation is still persisting .
Since you have already undertaken sessions of chemical peeling with on some improvement, the next step in your case would either be dermabrasion or derma rollers which you have been advised by your treating doctor .I am sure derma rollers will help in reducing the acne scars and pigmentation but make sure you use a good medicated sunscreen regularly.
Although it is better to keep some gap between lasers and any other skin treatments, but a gap of two weeks is usually good enough .So you can plan your sittings accordingly.
Also I hope you are using a topical skin lightening agent also for the pigmentation, since your marriage is on the cards.
You can use a kojic acid and vitamin c based cream over the pigmented areas twice daily. Since it is a non steroidal lightening agent ,it will be beneficial for your skin .
Hope it helps

Hi again
A direct assessment of the skin is essential for a complete analysis of the skin .
In case your treating doctor has specific asked you to avoid using sunscreen and lightening agents ,thn. you should follow their advice .
But you can surely discuss regarding usage of a kojic acid based lightening agent for the pigmented scars over the face .
Take oral vitamin c 500 mg once daily.
It will cause skin lightening as well as reduce healing time after the procedures.
