Let me answer with a case I had.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there, welcome to Health care magic,
Now this is an interesting question.
Let me answer with a case I had. She had this rock hard lower legs which used to even turn reddish and then black. Lasted five painful years. Tried every test--including TB and Leprosy--all negative. Happened every summer. And through shear persistence we managed to pin it down to mangoes. Now since five years--no mangoes--no hardness.
In your case it is lemons and oranges.
I would suggest--stop supplements and take these other alternatives for vitamin C.
Red peppers. ½ cup chopped, raw: 95 mg (over 100% DV)
XXXXXXX 1 cup: 80 mg (134% DV)
Brussels sprouts. ½ cup cooked: 48 mg (80% DV)
Broccoli. ½ cup cooked: 51 mg (107% DV)
Strawberries. ½ cup: 42 mg (70% DV)
Grapefruit.
Guava. XXXXXXX gooseberry--very rich source.
Please revert back.
Regards

Well all fruits and many vegetables have vitamin C in varying amounts.
Take those fruits and vegetables you have not reacted to.
There is something called gamma allergen injection--you can take a full course for desensitisation. This takes care of all allergies.
Consult your PCP/Allergist.
