I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. The clinical features are
a. Fever of more than 5 days
b. Both eyes redness / conjunctival congestion
c. Dryness and redness of lips or oral cavity
d. Rash in any part of body
e. Redness and swelling in palms and soles.

2. Kawasaki disease is a disease affecting medium sized blood vessels, commonly seen below 5 years, but occasionally seen at this age. Heart involvement is more common along with diarrhea, renal albuminuria and joints pain.

3. Present symptoms appear to be upper respiratory tract infection along with associated urinary tract infection.
Steam inhalation, salt water gargling, twice daily along with antihistamines like loratidine could help.
Antibiotics, like levofloxacin could be helpful for both urinary tract and respiratory tract infection. Culture and sensitivity of urine, may be necessary, if the treatment is not responsive.
Based on symptoms presented, it does not appear to be kawasaki disease.

Hope it helps.
