Question: Hey about two weeks ago I had a contraception failure where the condom got stuck in me, the next day on the 19th hour after the contraception failure I had emergency contraception with water. Ever since then I've been worried about ectopia pregnancy, anyway today I just got my period, and I was wondering if you get your normal monthly period does that mean you don't have ectopia pregnancy

Brief Answer:
No chance of ectopic pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Yes, there are slightly increased chances of ectopic pregnancy with emergency contraceptive pill.
But if you had normal periods after the pill intake, then there is no pregnancy and hence no chances of ectopic pregnancy.
So, you should not worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
