Detailed Answer:
Hi Shailly, thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
Looking at your symptoms,it seems that you might be suffering from infection in your throat due to cold.Allergy might be a reason for your cold.Initially it might be allergic which might have later converted to infective.
Headache might be due to Sinus Blockage or Infection resulting from cold.
Posterior nasal drip might cause irritation inside throat.
You have started tablet Taxim(200 mg) since last night. It is an antibiotic-Cefixime.Continue using it.
You may also find relief by taking Analgesic(like Ibuprofen),Antacid(like Rantac),Antihistaminic(like Cetrizine),Oral Decongestant (like containing Phenylephrine) ,Nasal Decongestant (like Oxymetazoline) and Mucolytic(like Ambroxol) along with Antibiotic.
Also do steam inhalation.Warm saline gargles.Avoid Cold, spicy and oily food.Drink lots of fluids(warm).Drinking hot tea containing Honey, lemon and ginger will also help.Drinking Turmeric milk will also give relief.Avoid Dust, smoke and other pollutants.
It does not seems any serious. So,you do not worry.
Continue taking Thyronorm and Glycomet.
A cyst in the thyroid is not responsible for these symptoms.
