Brief Answer:
Higher risk of Lupus but not necessarily you have it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

The risk of Lupus is very high in woman, between ages 15-40 and in people which have family members with lupus.

That doesn't mean that you have it necessarily though, just that you have a higher risk then other people.
In order to be diagnosed with Lupus, having positive ANA and Other antibodies is only one of the criterias that you need to have. There also kidney, brain, lung, skin or blood involvement signs. If you have 4 or more of these problems then the diagnoses is decided. I cannot copy-paste all those possible symptoms here, because we are not allowed to do that, but the symptoms you are describing are not specific for lupus. Let me know what /if you have any other symptom and I will be happy to evaluate it for you.

Hope this answers your question.

Kind Regards,
Dr.Papaqako
