Question: I Was CHECKING TO SEE IF I COULD IDENFIY MY KNEE PAIN? BOTH KNEES HURT BUT I WOULD SAY MY LEFT KNEE HURTS ON BOth FRONT AND BACK, I HAVE OSTOARTHIRTIS IN BOTH KNEES. THE PAIN IN MY LEFT KNEE IS NOTICES ALOT WHEN I WALK UP AND DOWN STEPS. THE BACK OF MY KNEE HURTS SO..O BAD WHEN I TRY AND BEND IT AND WHEN CLIMING IN BED. IT HURTS DIFFERENT FROM TIME TO TIME BUT I ALWAYS HAVE A PRESENCE of PAIN WHEN SETTING OR STANDING AND O YES WHEN BENDING MY KNEE WHEN I SIT DOWN iS THEIR ANYTHING HERE THAT YOU COULD COMMENT ON

Hello, thanks for your health concerns,I have gone through your question.Definatly you are suffering from Osteoarthritis,it is age related changes of knee.You can take muscle relaxant like thiochochicoside along with pain killer like aceclofanac and diacerin and glucosamine combination.Do hot fomentations, avoid sitting in squinting and stairs climbing.you will get relief.
