What Are The Symptoms And Treatment Of Herpes Genitalis?
Herpes Genitalis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your history and the discussion you had with Dr. XXXXXXX
I have also looked at the Images.
I would rule out scabies.
After looking at the pictures, I would keep a possibility of Herpes Genitalis. Herpes presents as recurrent fluid filled vesicles, which rupture to form erosions. There is pain and burning sensation. There can be associated burning sensation on urination and frequent urination.
Treatment would be oral acyclovir 400 mg thrice daily for a week. Topically you could use an OTC antibacterial like either mupirocin ointment Or Neosporin Ointment.
-Did you test for herpes genitalis?
-What was the test done for syphilis? Please attach the test report
Hope this helps

Thank you for your great response and answer to my question but I also want to include that, whenever the swollen filled liquid blisters appear, it doesn't come in once but comes in many and if broken...It becomes an open sour that pains and itches and takes over a week to heal completely and which will leave scares after.
I also usually feel little pains in my lower abdomen which I feel it's from my urinary tract and sometimes I feel a strong tingling inside my urinary tract which is very annoying and frustrating.
I did a test which I was told that I am suffering from syphilis and Yeast infection and I was asked to take moxifloxacin and which I took for 2 weeks and I still feel it didn't cure it.
Please sir, I need your help so as to get over this frustrating infection.
Thanks and God bless you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Yes, exactly, herpes usually presents as multiple, grouped, discrete fluid filled vesicles which rupture to leave painful erosions. There can be urinary symptoms like burning sensation and frequent urination. The lesions usually heal in about a week's time.
Herpes can be recurrent.
Your symptoms are classical of herpes. The Images you posted are classical of herpes.
Treatment would be oral acyclovir 400 mg thrice daily for a week. Topically you could use an OTC antibacterial like either mupirocin ointment Or Neosporin Ointment.
You should be fine. However, Herpes as I said can be recurrent.
You need to test for Herpes. HSV ELISA test would detect circulating antibodies against HSV and would confirm the clinical diagnosis.
