I had a lot of pregnancy and period symptoms at the same time that's what happened when I had endometriosis , I have had 7 surgeries in last 10 years for endometriosis, over and uterus and appendix have all been taken out. Since it has been eliminated from the answer this time, it must be something else
The Dr that did Endo surgery search tells me to see a gastrologist next, they may biopsy small intestine for gluten and lactose intolerance.
My Bp depressed a bit. When I incurr any pain, physical, emotional etc the Medicine doesn't seem to work as well
Another symptom is migranes in the evening, swollen in stomach, chest, hands etc
I've had digestive issues on and off the last 10 years. It has really gotten bad the last 6-9 months
Pain in stomach, stomach growing, heart burn and daily nautiousness have appeared perhaps 6-9 months or more now . Creatinine is 1.12
Thank you for your help
Here is the correlation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back,
I will try to correlate your problems in easiest possible way to make it easy for you to understand.
1) Psychaitric issues:
As you know you have some psychiatric issues, for which you are taking meds , I won't touch them you must be knowing which symptoms are due to these issues.
I would just like to add that you don't have to worry about spelling and adding problems I have read your posts in detail and believe me you have spelled everything quite well :) You don't have to bother much about odd missing of spellings .
2)Your old symptoms were due to endometriosis but these new symptoms do not look anything like endometriosis , and after removal of ovaries and uterus , endometriosis is not possible any ways.
3) Your new symptoms like bloating, bad stomach and abdominal pains look like gastro entritis,
you did not tell me your value of blood creatinine but when urea and creatinine are high it can irritate the stomach tjis is cause uremic gastropathy it is controlled by two things:
1) Controlling the kidneys.
2) Taking meds for stomach symptom relief.
I would here by suggest you to tell me your creatinine levels and to start doingsomething about your stomach.
Swollen stomach: I would ask my patients to take a prokinteic like motillium tablet twice a day to save stomach from swelling.
Stomach pains: My patients also showed great result when they used omeprazole 40mg once twice a day for first 15 days and then once a day for nxt 2 months, you can discuss this with your doctor.
Nausea:
This is also due to same reason.( stomach problems)
I wanna tell you that stomach problems are easy to deal with and are quite curable.
Gluten and lactose intolerance??
If you had those , you would have known it , because these things don't appear suddenly they start somewhere in the childhood or teenage and then stay with your for your whole life.
Any ways there is no harm in getting a checkup from a gastro, infact you need cosult for your stomach and intestines too.
I would ask you not to panic get to your gastro and get all the work up done, hopefully things will get better soon , it will take just two weeks to show you real good improvement.
I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.
Regards,
Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.

You have given me a few next steps and I appreciate it
I did send you the cretine number at the very end, it is 1.12
I will meet with Gastr dr to get this resolved
The memory issue still concerns me, sometimes I lose a day, can't remember anything about it, I will see a movie and not remember it at all
My psych told me to stop Valium as studies are showing issues with memory so I just stopped yesterday
Thank you for your ideas
Valium might be causing it.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back I really apologize that i missed the creatinine value, well it is in supar normal range nothing is wrong with it.
So it means you just have stomach and gut issues which can be easily dealt with meds and life style change, your gastr will help you.
Oh your didn't mention that you are having such issues in memory i thought you forgot minor details.
Well your dr seems to be right, valium is an opioid which depresses the brain and also causes decreased concentration so this lack of concentration is probably what is contributing to your problem.
I hope stopping valium will help but I wanna tell you that this might take some days before effect of valium goes away.
You are always wellcome to dicuss your problems with me.
Stay blessed and healthy.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad
