Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM

Detailed Answer:
If you by bad mean that there is some benign galbladder disease such as gallblader stone or gallbladder polyp then symptoms are usually pain in upper right abdomen just below the right ribs. Also, this pain is intermittent. it means that it comes in attacks and usually is provoked by fatty food. People may be free of symptoms for months and years or have few or tens of attacks per year. Such attacks are called biliary colics,it is usually associated with nausea, vomiting and weakness. If galbladder become inflammed then symptoms are worsening, fever occur and this is surgical emergency. More serious gallbladder diseases are cancers which are very rare but it should be considered if there is jaundice, rapid weight loss and all these symptoms I ve mentioned. in evaluaiton it is important to do ultrasound first and see is there stone in gallbladder or sign of inflammation. So if you have any doubts you should do it and also check liver enzymes in blood. Wish you good health. Regards
