I am a 60 year old female who has been severely nauseated with intermittent diahrrea for almost a week....have had queasiness for 2 weeks before but still had appetite and was eating...I have lost 6 pounds in 6 days because not hungry and feel terrible...had abdominal ultrasound(negative)---blood work (all negative except "slightly" elevated billirubin---I am having HIBA scan tomorrow--I have absolutely no right abdominal pain---only have pain on and off in lower left ribcage (had the same pain 3 years ago--dr. did CT scan (negative)---The nausea is sooo bad---can one have gallbladder disease without right sided pain?--I also have pain between shoulder blades sometimes---could this be pancratitus? Haven't gtten back pancreatic enzyme test yet? What could this be? It really scares me--
