Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Migraine is usually unilateral, bilateral too, throbbing nature, associated with nausea or vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound.
Aggravated by stress, decreased sleep, fasting or sunlight.
For treatment you should take precautions like timely food, proper sleep, avoiding fasting, excessive tea or coffee.
Prophylaxis medication can be started if episodes are frequent in the form of amitryptiline, Flunarizine, propranolol, Topiramate or divalproate.
Pain killers can be taken as required.

Hello,
There is no test to diagnose migraine.
