What Are The Symptoms Of Pre Diabetes And Insulin Resistance?
Question: Is this insulin resistance/pre diabetes? My dr says no .

My A1C is 4.2 , my 2hr post meal glucose is always 93, my insulin serum is attached

Your HbA1c, and glucose levels are in normal limits. You are not even pre-diabetic.
You have slightly high insulin levels, which indicates that you are having slight insulin resistance due to may be PCOD. Meet your gynecologist and get the scan if needed, start Tab. Metformin. You will be alright.
Tips to decrease insulin resistance :
Physical activity, at least walk for an hour a day , reduce your weight if you are overweight. You try to avoid to much of carbohydrates, take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits, oats, millets, sprouts, fish, egg .
Avoid fried , processed , fast food stuff.
Get your thyroid hormone levels too.
You need to be away from stress . practice yoga, meditation , listen yo music to relax.

I had transvaginal ultrasound came back normal but DHEA slightly elevated all other hormones normal
