Question: H,I am XXXXXXX , 26 years old (gender-female).I got my last periods on March 9th.Me and my husband is on infertility treatment past one year.This month I did not get my periods.I do not have any symptoms of pregnancy rather.Can I travel by train at this point of time?

I had got a missed period three months ago.The period was delayed for 10 days.We have been trying for conceiving for past 2 years.I was diagnosed with poly cystic ovary last year. But i do not have any such problem now.My husband is having very low sperm count.I am taking nutrifol tablets now.I had attempted IUI three times and failed.I have not taken a pregnancy test yet.We are planning to travel from XXXXXXX to XXXXXXX by train.It will take around 8 hrs.
I do not have any nausea,fatigue or any such pregnancy symptoms.I am totally confused now.Please help me.
