TB effects all organs in the body and the symptoms vary with the organ effected.
Generally the source or port of entry is lung, and hence lung dis is more common. For your understanding, i am describing only common things.
LUNG TB: fever, cough,
weight loss, anorexia, blood in sputum while coughing,
night sweats, breathlessness.
BRAIN TB (TB
MENINGITIS): headache, vomitings, drousinesss, seizures
BONE TB: bone pain (backache), swelling over pain area, fever
TB ABDOMEN: pain abdomen, vomitings, fever, diarrhea, significant weight loss, pain on eating, perfortion of bowel etc.
