The symptoms of viral meningitis usually are fever,headache,neck stiffness,vomiting and photophopia.Patient may also have altered senses and seizures.
As the name suggests,the causes are viral infections like Herpes virus, Enterovirus,Flavivirus.A cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) analysis for viral studies,often reveals the culprit virus.
