Question: I had problem of b12 deficiency 2 years back. now I am. again feeling tiredness tingling in fingers dry mouth ulcers on cheeks from inside.. could
you please suggest if it is due to b12. deficiency. what are the symptoms of b12 deficiency?

Good day

B12 deficiency is usually uncommon in non vegetarians. one of the causes of B12 deficiency is pernicious anemia which is a type of immune disorder where stomach lack chemicals to absorb vitamin B12. It may be a good idea to test for pernicious anemia in your case.
Vitamin B12 deficiency commonly cause tiredness, Weakness, lack of concentration, poor memory, tingling in fingers and toes, burning sensation In feet, sometimes slipping of footwear , difficulty in walking etc.

I had sore throat one week back.. now I have toothache. on both side in the last two teeth. dry mouth and rough tongue. no problem with eating and swallowing..but this swelling is present from 1 week.. I can feel swelling only when I press it. plz guide
