Question: What are the symptoms of walking pneumonia? I have a productive cough, sore throat, colored mucus, I feel ok during part of the day and then I will feel bad again. No appetite, tired, wheezing, pulse ox on room air at rest 94-95%

The symptoms of pneumonia are fever, cough with expectoration, loss of appetite and breathlessness.
I strongly suggest you to do the following
1. Get a chest x ray done immediately
2. Tab Levoflox once a day for 5 days is the antibiotic to be started
3. Cough expectorant like ambrilite s three times will bring out the sputum
4 avoid cold food and beverages. Always eat warm food
5. Avoid milk and milk products
6. Mentelukast with levocetrzine twice a day will help for the wheeze
7. Approach a physician soon, do not ignore this any further
